I was once a woman who felt stuck, different, and not enough.  Using my own first-hand knowledge, combined with my qualifications as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, Life Coach, and Certified in Reiki, I guide you by using a hybrid one-of-a-kind method to peel back the layers, shift your energy and put you back in the driver's seat to the life you truly want.

  • How our minds create our reality - choosing our thoughts and words to match what we WANT to achieve and how our childhood experiences have given us our adult reality
  • A mini hypnosis-meditation healing vortex to relax and bring calmness to the body 
  • Bring a journal and a pen as you may want to write down some mindset ideas
