Often those who are sensitive to energy view it as a curse. Being aware of and taking on other people’s energy on top of your own might feel like a lot to process.
When the world has been telling you that you’re ‘too sensitive’, that you ‘cry too much’ or that you really just have to learn to ‘suck it up and grow a thicker skin’, it can be hard to see the gift in this.
But it is a gift! Whatever the circumstances that led you to being sensitive, with a few simple energetic practices introduced into your daily life, you can begin to turn this ‘negative’ into a skill that you can use intentionally to be of service to the world. Because let’s face it, that’s what you want more than anything in this world. You just don’t quite know how to do that without getting energetically overwhelmed and burning out.

Meet the Teacher:
Stef Bourke is an energetically sensitive Certified Meditation and Alignment Coach and Guide. She focuses on providing practical tools to help people experience more mindful moments in their everyday lives and empower them in their human experience. She is a lover of nature, animals and authentic connection. When she’s not practicing meditation or yoga, you can find her outside, drinking in the experience of the world we live in.
